Starring Greg, Julian and Alex.
Totti. Andreazzoli. And Greg’s 40 th birtday!
A tumultuous week came to and end on Sunday with the sacking of Zeman and the appointment of his replacement in the form of Andreazzoli as interim coach. In this episode James takes on the role as host and has with him Imran and newcomer Luca. Luca is a former season ticket holder and currently resides in London where he works as an analyst for footballradar.co.uk.
Join us as we discuss Zeman, Andreazzoli, Sabaldini and the situation the club finds itself in now.
So after months of absence – we blame a broken computer for that – we return yet again. 1-4 loss against Napoli was not exactly what we hoped for, but despite the loss there is reasons to stay optimistic. Heck, even James’ optmistic. Tune in to learn why.
We go over the Napoli game. We talk about our current GK situation. 1 year ago we talked about “Progress” under Luis Enrique – how does it look under Zeman? Will there be any mercato action for Roma? Will De Rossi be able to peform like a 10 mill euro/yr should? And we pick our player/game of the year! Enjoy!

So remember that time Roma blew a 2-0 lead at home to Bologna? And that time I was fed up with Stekelenburg? And that time James thought this will be seen as an odd one-off? And that time Alex said something really funny but we had to edit it out of the pod?
Yeah, you will after listening to this! We had a blast as always. Enjoy – Julian.

The notorious Zeman is back on the Roma bench – we discuss what that means for the romanisti.
We look back at the ending of our season and the “Calcio Scommesse” which might influence the final league standings.
And with the Euro 2012 starting, we take a closer look on Prandelli’s Italy (with Borini and De Rossi).
A brief overview of Milan, Novara and Lecce. It pains me to even type Lecce – nevertheless… The same topics that would fill the pages of RomaJournal.com were “expertly” covered by Alex and Greg in this week’s podcast. With such great quotes as “I didn’t see the game either” and “I can’t remember who that was, but …” you are sure to enjoy this episode!!
We also go into some detail about the launch of the site and take some twitter/facebook questions (did we mention to “Like” us on facebook yet?).
Three weeks of calcio reviewed covering Lazio, Palermo and Genoa. Mix in some Bojan, Kjaer and Europa challenge talk and you have one sexy podcast!
And we have some special news for you. (Well, we HAD special news, but by virtue of you being here, you already know what that is don’t you?!)
